My Name is Frankie Santiago, I started working on computers in 1998. My dream was to work in the I.T. field before I knew it really existed. In 2004 I took a chance and went to Branford Hall Career Institute where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA. During this time period I received my Comptia Net+ and A+ Certifications.
In 2009 I went on to graduate college at American Intercontinental University. I went on to receive my Bachelors in Network Administration and graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors. I kept studying and went on to complete a course in Health Information Technology at Capital Community College in 2011. I also received my Microsoft Certified Professional Certification on my birthday May 31, 2011 and my Health Information Technician Certification on December 31, 2016. I continue to keep learning.
I am now the Director of Information Technology where I have been working for going on 17 yrs. My life and career was a dream which came to life with a company that gave an intern a chance. Life has been full speed ahead since.
Since going this route I still help people in need and now have started working on a photo booth project. Life has been pretty good as I continue to learn more and more things everyday.
